Personalized Software, maker of ChildCare Manager Management & Accounting Software, has been a pioneering force in child care management and accounting software. We have gained the confidence of childcare professionals worldwide since 1985. 

In 2016, Personalized Software merged with SmartCare, a new child care management software company. With the history and experience from ChildCare Manager and the innovative technology from SmartCare, the two companies have come together to build two outstanding products leading the way for child care management software.

SmartCare is focused on mobile and web solutions that connect child care center owners, directors, teachers, and parents in real-time. They can provide a sign-in/sign-out kiosk, classroom tablets for teachers, and iPads for directors all at no cost to your center. "My program has used Childcare Manager from PerSoft since we were a one site program back in 1997. Wendy has been great about personalized the software and hardware to our needs and allowing us to expand as needed. It is great to talk to the SAME person each time we expand and place an order. We are now a three site program and each site has specific needs that can be met with this program. The technical support we receive from Patrick is phenomenal. We are in a school and use a school server which can be a challenge to meet the expectations of the district tech personnel and the software/hardware needs. This has never been an issue for us with Childcare Mnager. We also utilize the Time Manager/TimeKlock which meets the tracking needs for our state license and our billing needs.
